Jill Hudson

Jill has worked in RFP management for over a decade and has closed over $5 billion in business for her clients.

She has produced almost 1,000 RFP documents for hundreds of businesses around the globe. Jill is a born problem-solver. She creates action plans quickly and understands both the buyer and supplier’s side of the bidding process, putting her in a unique position to drive businesses forward.

Kathryn Johansen

Having worked alongside Hudson Outsourcing’s Directors, Jill and John Hudson since 2010, Kathryn’s experience in global bidding and procurement spans over a decade.

Throughout her career Kathryn has been responsible for supporting hundreds of clients across the globe, providing them with design solutions that were tailor-made to help them win government contracts. She has had the opportunity to work with multinational companies in various industries such as technology, construction, facilities and healthcare, to name a few. Her attention to detail, creative thinking, and passion for her work makes her an invaluable asset to the company and its clients.
